Our Youth Strength, Speed, and Agility classes are designed specifically for girls ages 12-18, focusing on enhancing athletic performance, building strength, and improving speed and agility. This clinic is perfect for athletes of all levels looking to improve their fitness and confidence in a supportive, empowering environment.
Offered twice a week, each session will include age-appropriate exercises that target key areas such as core strength, explosive power, coordination, and overall endurance. Our expert coaches will guide participants through a combination of dynamic drills, functional movements, and sport-specific techniques aimed at improving reaction time, acceleration, and quick direction changes.
Along with physical development, the clinic also emphasizes building self-esteem, teamwork, and mental toughness. By the end of the program, athletes will feel more confident, stronger, and prepared to take on new challenges—both on and off the field.
